Exceptional low-light performance
The latest sensor technology combined with thesophisticated noise suppression results in anexceptional sensitivity in color. The low-lightperformance is so good that the camera continues toprovide excellent color performance even with aminimum of ambient light.
High dynamic range
The dynamic range of the camera is outstanding and isobvious in real-world performance comparisons. Inextended dynamic range mode, the camera uses an electronic shutter to capture four images withdifferent exposure time and reproduce a high-contrastframe. The result is that you can view details in boththe bright areas (highlights) and the dark areas(shadows) of a scene at the same time. You can easilydistinguish objects and features (for example, faces)with bright backlight.
